Kent Loving began his education in business and marketing at the young age of 10 working for his families Architectural firm as the "office boy". The term "JOB" could only be loosely applied to this position, as the work was minimal and not mentally challenging - however his father was able to instill two concepts that would become, and remain, the foundation of how he would operate in business and life. 1.) Honesty above all else. 2.) The higher up the ladder you climb, the closer to the ground you get - being an executive isn't a status - it's a responsibility - as you move up you don't become people's boss...you become their servant - and it is with that humility and vision that Kent tries to approach each opportunity to serve the agents of Dudum Real Estate Group.
Kent's marketing background began with a degree in graphic design from California College of the Arts, followed by additional degree's in the sciences and psychology from Saint Mary's. Kent had the privilege of beginning his career in real estate marketing working for the master franchise of Prudential CA/NV/TX under the direction of Ginny Cain, whose talent, drive, and vision ushered in an amazing period of growth and recognition in the Northern California marketplace and beyond. Kent was fortunate enough to learn from Ginny's expertise and recognizes that his successes stands squarely on the shoulders of her example. Kent continued to further sharpen his industry acumen by accepting a position as Executive Creative Director for a large online print media and marketing solutions firm. He honed his skills of brand management by maintaining and improving the brand identities of over 40 national corporations, representing over 45,000 agents. Additionally he was able to grow market shares by retooling existing products to newly emerging markets, increase profitability, and provide consistent growth across his departments.
Eventually the siren song of a new challenge and joining something from the very beginning led him to sign up with Julie Del Santo. He was immediately fascinated and captivated by Julie's steadfast vision, and endless, energetic drive to create a brokerage whose privilege it was to serve the agents. She wanted to focus on helping the agents do business they way the agent wanted to do business - not the other way around. Kent knew this would be something not readily found in the marketplace as it is the opposite of the rigid corporate models that agents are used to, but Kent knew that the possibilities would endless, and the outcome could very well be magic.
Since joining Dudum Real Estate Group as their Marketing Director- Kent has felt an amazing sense of gratitude for being able to come to work everyday and work with people he genuinely enjoys to work with and for. He says its abundantly gratifying to see how quickly the company has taken root in the marketplace and how quickly the agent force seems to be growing. "It's like having a your family around you everyday...you work hard, you squabble sometimes, you laugh a lot...and at the end you love that know you belong to something special" say Kent.
Kent, when not at work, spends time volunteering for multiple local charities. He also spends a lot of time in the local foothills exploring and hiking and is always accompanied by his best friends, Fergus - a 5 year old rescue mutt of dubious parentage, and the newest addition, Farley, a 2 year old scraggly pound pup.
