Born and raised in the Bay Area, Heather Della Santina knows how remarkable it is to live here. Shortly after graduating from San Francisco State University with a degree in Psychology, she realized the endless opportunities a career in real estate would bring so decided to get her license in 2002. Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, Heather spent several years in the mortgage industry at Wells Fargo and RPM, and also has extensive knowledge as a Transaction Coordinator. Heather’s background in mortgage financing and experience coordinating real estate transactions gives her an intimate knowledge of contracts and a detailed, compassionate approach to the escrow process.

From the first time you meet her, Heather will make you feel at ease with her professionalism and charm. Heather’s approach to real estate is focused on getting to know her clients as real people and helping them make the most important decision of their lives, all while creating lifelong friendships. From signature to sold, Heather is passionate about educating buyers and sellers on understanding the entire real estate process.

Heather joined Dudum Real Estate Group as a member of the Veronica Hidalgo Team. Veronica’s strong work ethic and mission statement as a REALTOR® completely align with her own; to maintain extensive knowledge of the market, be an exceptional communicator, and be an experienced/skilled negotiator. Heather has worked with Veronica for several years as her personal Transaction Coordinator and believes being detail oriented and driven are important to success. When she decided to start her real estate career, Heather knew she only wanted to be a part of Veronica’s team.

In her spare time, Heather enjoys spending time with her husband Mike and two kids, Jules and Vince. She proudly attends swim meets, water polo matches, and baseball games. She also loves a good work out, home cooked Italian meals, and hanging out by the pool.
