About Ben Marshall

Ben has been a REALTOR® for the past eight years and has a BA in English from Denison University in Ohio. He got into the real estate business because he believes that buying and selling a home is a huge decision both personally and financially. He finds it very gratifying to help people make such an important decision, and to ensure successful results. He loves the East Bay and really enjoys serving as a guide/ambassador for people who are unfamiliar with our beautiful little corner of the world. Ben’s previous career was in advertising as a media buyer which provided tons of negotiating experience. However, it was his first summer job moving furniture that sparked his interest in real estate. He loved getting in the truck to see new homes and communities every day, and daydreaming about the houses helped take his mind off lugging all those boxes!

 

As a local himself, Ben was born and raised in Lafayette and has been around the country enough to know that the Bay Area can't be beat. He loves the natural feel of the area, from the hills and trees that dominate the landscape to the indoor/outdoor lifestyle provided by our mild weather. Ben believes no place in the country can match our location, from world-class dining and entertainment in San Francisco to out of this world getaway destinations like Napa, Carmel, and Lake Tahoe right in our backyard.

 

Ben decided to join Dudum Real Estate Group because real estate is a hyper-local business. He believes that working for a local family-owned brokerage is ideal. Dudum Real Estate Group is here in the East Bay and that is their only focus.

 

When Ben is not selling real estate, you can find him chauffeuring his kids around or doing other dad stuff like Little League, swim meets, etc. You may also find him hiking in one of our many East Bay Regional Parks.
