About Heather Della Santina

living so special. For the past 10 years, she has proudly called Clayton home and loves being

part of a community known for its small-town charm, beautiful open spaces, excellent schools,

and strong sense of neighborhood.

After graduating from San Francisco State University with a degree in Psychology, Heather

earned her real estate license in 2002. Before becoming a REALTOR®, she built a strong

foundation in mortgage lending and financing and later gained extensive experience as a

Transaction Coordinator. Her background provides her with an in-depth understanding of

contracts, negotiations, and the escrow process, allowing her to guide clients with confidence,

accuracy, and attention to detail.

Heather is committed to providing exceptional service built on honesty, communication, and

professionalism. She takes the time to truly understand each client's goals and believes that

educating buyers and sellers throughout the process leads to confident decisions and

successful outcomes. Her calm, approachable style helps clients feel comfortable from their

very first conversation through closing day.

Whether helping first-time buyers, growing families, or longtime homeowners, Heather is

passionate about making every real estate experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.

When she’s not working, Heather enjoys spending time with her husband, Mike, and their two

children, Jules and Vince. She loves staying active, cooking Italian meals for family and friends,

and taking advantage of everything the Clayton community has to offer, from local events and

hiking trails to supporting small businesses and enjoying the hometown atmosphere.
