As a fourth generation Bay Area real estate professional, Adam Hamalian has unparalleled knowledge and experience in the business. In addition to possessing a Real Estate Brokers License, Adam is a Senior Real Estate Specialist, a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist, a Broker Price Opinion Resource and is Property Management Certified, all resources that he draws upon while helping his clients.

Sherry is a lifelong resident of the Bay Area and has lived in Walnut Creek since 1994. She got her real estate license in 2001 and has been a full time REALTOR® ever since. In 2005, after only four years in the business, she earned the CRS credential from the National Association of REALTORS®. The CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) is the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents and its held by fewer than 3% of REALTORS® in the US. In 2015, she passed the rigorous five-hour California real estate exam to become a Broker Associate.
