About Jane Smith

I am a relationship driven REALTOR® not a traditional transactional agent. Most agents spend a large portion of their time marketing and advertising themselves to try and get more business. Very few agents roll up their sleeves and spend time and money helping their client get "the highest possible price for their property" or on the buy side the "very best value and terms" for their purchase. Time and time again I hear people say "I don't know anyone that does what you do".

 

I am proud of my motto "The BEST real estate experience you'll ever have" which means to me putting the needs of the client ahead of my own. My fiduciary responsibility is to make sure you are protected and that the highest integrity is demonstrated. I have 10 years of experience as a very successful REALTOR® and 14 years in management and buying for two large retail firms.

 

My skills are in professional staging, multi-media marketing and negotiations; whether with the buyers and sellers or with contractors on your behalf. I use the most current technology, so you are always informed every step of the way and 90% of my business is from referrals of satisfied past clients.
