About Jill Montaquila

Jill Montaquila is the Executive & Operations Director at Dudum Real Estate, where she brings a rare combination of financial acumen and deep real estate expertise to every facet of the brokerage's work. After a nearly 20-year career in finance and a brief retirement, Jill joined her family in real estate in 2016, earning her California real estate license that same year. She gained hands-on experience in Operations, Compliance, and Transaction Coordination, and served as a licensed Agent before returning to Dudum in her current leadership role in 2025.

Known for her sharp eye for detail and genuine fascination with compliance and the industry at large, Jill is the person colleagues turn to when something has to be done correctly the first time. Her finance background gives her a wider lens on the business, and her cross-functional experience means she understands the work of agents, transaction coordinators, and operations leaders from the inside out — a perspective that informs how she supports teams, refines systems, and protects the integrity of every transaction.

Born and raised in Lafayette, Jill returned in 2001 to raise her own children in the community she loves. When she's not working, you'll find her hiking with her dogs, skiing on the slopes in Tahoe, or unwinding at her beloved family cabin near Mt. Lassen.
