About Julia Fertziger

Julia has lived and worked in the Diablo Valley/Central Contra Costa County area for almost thirty years. She enjoys working with first-time buyers and experienced buyers and sellers, providing client satisfaction from the beginning of the transaction to the end. She believes in sharing her full knowledge of the Real Estate process, and her clients are delighted with her careful guidance and cheerful enthusiasm while she diligently tends to their real estate needs.

 

Julia is experienced, focused, and dedicated. She is always prepared, having done all necessary homework ahead of time. With her thorough and complete attention to detail, she anticipates and mitigates potential problems, thereby avoiding the stress often associated with Real Estate transactions. Julia and her expert support staff handle all types of residential dwellings, whether they are single family homes, condominiums, or multi-unit buildings. She serves the Central Costa County cities of Alamo, Clayton, Concord, Danville, Lafayette, Martinez, Moraga, Orinda, Pacheco, Pleasant Hill, Rheem, San Ramon, and Walnut Creek.

 

All three of Julia’s grown children attended public and private schools in the area, so Julia is quite knowledgeable about the educational possibilities in the area. On a personal note, Julia loves dancing, musical theatre, and martial arts. She would be delighted to tell you that she loves teaching the Family to Family course for the National Alliance on Mental Illness. Teaching this free twelve week course for over a decade is one of the ways Julia is dedicated to giving back to the community.
