Kim Sefton is originally from Connecticut. After staying home to raise her children for ten years, she built a successful business in the medical services industry. She has always been very active in school and community affairs and has been in real estate for more than 18 years, Kim has received the International Presidents Circle Award, as well.
Kim Sefton is a licensed real estate agent with more than 18 years of full-time real estate sales experience. She has received the coveted International Presidents Circle Award and has consistently been in the President’s Club at Dudum Real Estate Group. Kim is originally from Connecticut, but moved to California after being discharged from the US Army in 1977.
Kim is experienced in all aspects of residential sales. She has sold single family homes, condominiums, and townhomes. She has represented the investor buyer, the first-time buyer, and the moving up buyer. She also was very involved in the handling of bank-owned properties.
Kim has been an East Bay resident for more than 40 years and has lived in both Alameda and Contra Costa County. Since 1993, she has made her home in Lafayette, where, taking advantage of the community’s excellent school system, she and her husband John (also a REALTOR®) raised their three children.
In her spare time, Kim enjoys working in the yard, working on projects, spending time with her children, her four rescued dogs, and hosting the Cribbage Club once a week.
