Lorisa has always been captivated with real estate. She loves helping her clients navigate through one of the most important milestones of their lives. Prior to launching her solo career as a full-time REALTOR®, Lorisa worked as an assistant to a top-producing agent, where she learned all aspects of a successful real estate transaction.
After graduating from CSU, Chico with a B.S. in Business Administration Management and a minor in Marketing, she jumped into a role in tech sales. It was great for a bit, but there was still a key ingredient missing. Lorisa is a people person and her passion for sales/marketing was missing the link of relationships. She quickly realized it was time to jump back into the real estate world, where she could utilize all of her skills and thrive doing what she loves most.
Lorisa brings a youthful enthusiasm and fresh energy to her work and is an active, hands-on participant during every real estate transaction. She looks at the big picture and can keep many plates spinning while patiently breaking down a complex process into small, achievable goals. She respects everyone’s time and prides herself on being resourceful, hardworking, and getting things done right the first time. Her passion, drive and excitement for the business make her a valuable asset when helping her clients achieve their real estate goals.
Lorisa was born and raised in Martinez and is proud of her family’s long-standing East Bay roots. When she’s not helping clients buy and sell homes, she is deeply invested in causes that create lasting impact. She is an active supporter of the Walk to End Alzheimer’s and remains committed to raising awareness and supporting efforts toward a cure. She also volunteers as an advisor for Sigma Kappa at CSU, Chico, where she mentors young women while helping foster leadership, confidence, and personal growth - a meaningful way to give back to the community that shaped her.
