Bill and Ruth met at Miramonte High School in Orinda and went on to Cal Poly together to get their degrees. Between Ruth’s textile degree and Bill’s horticulture design degree, this duo offers complimentary staging services that time and again have garnered sale prices well over asking.

 

During a career that spans over 15 years, Ruth has established her reputation for building relationships with both buyers and sellers. Ruth credits much of her success to her mentor, Linda Garvey, who is now her trusted associate. Linda transitioned from her successful Orinda real estate career and became Ruth’s personal Transaction Coordinator. Together Ruth and Linda make sure that all transactions go smoothly and if there are any bumps they get smoothed out quickly.
