About Sarah Kellar

Licensed since 2007, Sarah has spent nearly 20-years in the real estate industry supporting hundreds of Buyers and Sellers navigate their real estate goals and journeys. As an East Bay native, Sarah brings with her deep-rooted ties and special knowledge of our amazing local communities. Her degree in Marketing and Communications from Saint Mary’s College, career experience, high level attention to detail, enthusiasm, and strong professional relationships combine to offer her clients the recipe for a successful real estate transaction. A self-proclaimed “real estate nerd”, Sarah loves every aspect of the industry – from identifying and analyzing a potential new home and neighborhood, pre-market listing preparations and improvements, negotiations, strategies, and tracking market trends and changes – she is here to help and support her clients throughout the entire listing and sales process.

 

When not representing “happy” clients, as a proud mother of two active boys and three rescue dogs, Sarah can often be seen cheering her sons on from their sports sidelines, volunteering at their school events, sponsoring local organizations, or playing fetch at the park.
