About Tyler Williams

Tyler gets his straightforward Midwestern sensibility from his home state of Iowa, and as a resident of the Bay Area for the past 40 years, including 10 years in San Francisco, he is conversant in the Bay Area’s diverse cities, towns, and neighborhoods. An enthusiastic advocate of all the NorCal vicinity has to offer, from the mountains to the beaches and everything in between, Tyler is a firm believer that “Everyone belongs here, and everyone deserves to make the Bay Area home.”

With a previous career as the founder of Williams Appraisals in Walnut Creek for over a decade, Tyler is truly an expert in real estate from every aspect of the sale. He also happens to know copious 90’s NBA trivia, is an avid golfer with the Northern California Golf Association, and is a three-time Ironman finisher. Tyler is passionate about the Leukemia Lymphoma Society and has been a dedicated fundraiser since 2011. He is a member of the Friends of Dolores Park, and he and his wife enjoy cooking annual Thanksgiving dinner for UCSF’s Family House.
