Real estate first piqued Dave’s interest in high school. He closely observed the real estate transactions his parents were involved in and saw the relationship they had built with their agent. He slowly began to understand how integral the role of a REALTOR® is. This agent became his mentor and, while working as his assistant, taught Dave about negotiating, how to build relationships, the ins and outs of real estate contracts, and invaluable transactional knowledge.

One of Dave’s passions in life is home improvement and renovation. With a degree in Interior Design, Dave uses his acquired skills on home renovation projects to help clients realize a homes full potential. Whether a seller is looking to make a few minor improvements to get the most value for their home, a buyer is struggling to look past what a home is and what it can be, or an investor looking for a diamond in the rough, Dave’s extensive design experience is truly one-of-a-kind.

Before his career in real estate, Dave worked as a Commercial Sales Representative in Contract Architecture and Design. This experience helped grow his foundational knowledge of contract negotiation and personal relationship building.
